Interior wall tiles, as the name implies, are used for interior wall decoration. As our requirements for home decoration are getting higher and higher, ceramic tile products are also constantly being * * * *, and there are more and more beautiful products, and more and more types. However, with such types of products, we don't know how to choose them. We need to know their classification first, so that we can narrow down our goals when choosing, Choose what you want to choose. Let's look at their categories:
1. From the production process, it can be divided into primary firing and secondary firing. The water absorption rate of one-time firing is slightly low, generally in the range of 12-17%. The resistance to post glaze cracking is relatively good, but it is difficult to process the glaze. So at present, only some foreign-funded enterprises or brand enterprises will use this process. The water absorption rate of secondary firing is slightly higher, generally within the range of 15-20%. The glaze surface is easy to process, but the resistance to later glaze cracking is relatively poor. At present, most of the interior wall tiles on the market are secondary fired.
2. The glaze effect can be divided into transparent glaze, matt glaze and high gloss opaque glaze. Transparent glaze refers to the glaze layer with a transparent state on the surface of the brick. Because the transparent glaze has a high gloss, it is also called crystal glaze. At present, more than 80% of the products on the market belong to this category of products; Matte glaze refers to the glaze layer with opaque surface; Opaque glaze refers to the glaze layer with semi opaque and translucent surface. Because the glossiness of opaque glaze is also good, it is also called "high gloss opaque glaze".
